Tiny steps 2019/ Bronze, copper, steel
I often see people disregarding others who are going through different phases in life -elderly people, younger people, and people with disabilities. Often they seem to be intimidated by the prejudices of others. They seem invisible in the city. I want them to become visible in our society, and want them to feel acknowledged.
An installation on which people can walk - even with tiny, slow steps, it creates ripples around the person standing. The person who is standing on top immediately becomes visible and gains presence.
